In July 2020, our company submitted an application for inclusion in the new list of liquidators. Our application proved to be successful, so as of March 3, 2021, our organization is a member of the new list of liquidators.
The liquidation proceedings, which are its main activity, are carried out by the company in accordance with the several times amended Act XLIX of 1991 on bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation proceedings. in accordance with the provisions of the law, based on a court appointment.
We keep our comprehensive activities rolling expanded onto the whole of the country on a high professional level, backed up by our branches located in each regions, with the expertise of our colleagues, and an established infrastructure providing services in the following areas:
